If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to all products purchased from Panda Electric.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with the initial letter capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

"Company" (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Panda Electric.

"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale.

"Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

"Website" refers to www.pandaelectric.in, accessible from https://www.pandaelectric.in

"You" means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which you receive the Goods, or the date on which a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive the returned Goods and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original Order, with no additional refund charges.
Manufacturing Defect Refund (Important)
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Panda Electric within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

The defect will be verified by Panda Electric’s technical or quality team

Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a refund or replacement will be processed, as applicable

Claims raised after 7 working days from delivery may not be eligible under this policy and may instead be covered under warranty terms
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days

The Goods must be unused and in original packaging
The following Goods are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products

Products not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once unsealed

Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.

Refunds cannot be processed without receipt of the returned Goods or valid proof of delivery.
