Welcome to pandaelectric.in. By browsing, accessing, or making a purchase through our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be 18 years or older to place an order on Pandaebike.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Product Information

Panda Ebike manufactures and sells low-speed, Non-RTO electric scooters. By default, our Non-RTO scooters are equipped with a 250W motor and a top speed of up to 25 kmph, which complies with current Indian regulations for non-registered electric vehicles.

⚠️ Important Clause:
At the customer’s explicit request, Panda Electric can assemble scooters with higher motor configurations and speed limits. In such cases, the scooter may no longer qualify as a Non-RTO vehicle and may require registration, insurance, and a driving license under applicable law.

Panda Electric disclaims all liability for any legal or regulatory action arising from the use of such modified configurations.
The sole responsibility and risk rest entirely with the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local or state-specific traffic laws and RTO compliance before using such configurations.

3. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

Panda Ebike reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.

Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, EMI options (where available), or through third-party payment gateways integrated on our website.

Orders will be processed only after the complete payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We provide home delivery in select serviceable locations across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location.

Expected delivery timelines will be shown during checkout and communicated via email after order confirmation.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during the checkout process.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch — whichever occurs first.

Once the vehicle has been dispatched, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are only permitted in the case of manufacturing defects, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and verified by our team.

6. Warranty Coverage

Panda Ebikes come with the following standard warranty:

  • Battery – 3 Years
  • Motor – 2 Years
  • Controller & Charger – 1 Year

Warranty claims must be supported by a valid purchase invoice and warranty card.

Warranty becomes void in case of water damage, physical mishandling, or unauthorized tampering.

7. Service & Maintenance

We provide the first 3 services free of charge (at 500 km intervals). Paid servicing applies beyond that.

Customers can schedule services via our website or at authorized Panda Ebike service centers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pandaebike.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our scooters, website, or services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or misuse personal information.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
