Welcome to Jeevaebikes.in. By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Product Information

Jeevaebikes.in sells Non-RTO (Low-Speed) Electric Scooters under the brand “Cute”. These scooters do not require registration with the RTO or a driving license as per current government regulations. However, customers are responsible for checking their state or city-specific rules.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, EMI (where applicable), or third-party payment gateways integrated into our Shopify store.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer home delivery across select locations in India. Delivery times may vary by location.

  • Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout and via email after order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the vehicle is dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.

  • Return or exchange is only accepted in case of manufacturing defects, verified within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty

  • Our Cute electric scooters come with a standard warranty of:

    • Battery: 3 years

    • Motor: 2 years

    • Controller & Charger: 1 year

  • Warranty claims must be supported with a valid invoice and warranty card.

  • The warranty is void in case of physical damage, water ingress, or tampering.

7. Service and Maintenance

  • Jeeva Ebikes offers free services for the first 3 cycles (every 500 km) and paid services thereafter.

  • Service scheduling can be done through our website or designated service centers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jeevaebikes.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the scooter, website, or related services.

9. Privacy Policy

All user data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer information.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
